The Freshness of the Andes

Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with golden hues. Intense and fine, it reveals a distinct citrus grapefruit and lemon zests profile, coupled with delicate white flower notes and subtle mineral aromas. The palate is fresh, clean and friendly, with citrus reminiscence. It is balanced and lingering, with a crispy acidity enhancing its freshness.
James Suckling - 91 Pts: "Fresh and very clean white with a sliced lemon and papaya. Full body, with bright acidity and mineral character. Pretty depth. Goes to mineral, iodine and stone on the finish. Screw cap."
Food Pairing Notes
Excellent when served fresh, matching salads, empanadas, aromatic meals or grilled fish.
