TERRAZAS DE LOS ANDES menu
For our Terrazas de los Andes menu, we draw inspiration from traditional Andean cuisine, with a special focus on the art of cooking with fire. We carefully select seasonal ingredients from local producers, seasoning and garnishing our dishes with herbs and flowers from our own garden, nurtured with compost made from our kitchen’s organic waste, in line with our 'zero waste' philosophy. Chef Noelia Scquizziatto adds her personal touch to each dish, enhancing the wines of Terrazas de los Andes, true treasures from our high-altitude terroirs.
