In this tasting, we propose to take a journey through our diverse high-altitude terroirs that reveal the freshness of the Andes, uncovering how each varietal is linked to its respective Geographical Indications of origin. Our varietals serve as a vehicle that will act as a communicator of the typicity, texture, and aromas provided by the three most renowned regions of the Uco Valley: Paraje Altamira, Los Chacayes, and Gualtallary, concluding with a distinct expression from Las Compuertas in Luján de Cuyo.
