"Freshness of the Andes" tasting
In this tasting, we propose a journey through our various high-altitude terroirs that reveal the freshness of the Andes, unveiling how each varietal is linked to its respective Geographical Indications of origin. Our varietals act as communicators of the typicity, texture, and aromas that the three renowned regions of the Uco Valley provide: Altamira, Los Chacayes, and Gualtallary, ending with a different expression from Las Compuertas in Luján de Cuyo.
